By creating an account or using Warm Intro Builder ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Brynvor LLC ("Brynvor," "we," "us").
Warm Intro Builder is a job search tool that helps users identify warm introductions in their LinkedIn network, generate outreach messages, and track job applications. The Service is currently in beta and features may change at any time.
Access to the Service during the beta period requires a valid invite code. Invite codes are non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke beta access at any time for any reason. Beta users may be asked to provide feedback; any feedback you provide is voluntary.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Brynvor LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Your content. You own the data you upload (LinkedIn CSV exports, resume text, notes). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
The Service uses AI to generate outreach messages, prep content, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — review and edit it before sending. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from messages you send to contacts. You represent that any message you send using our drafts complies with applicable law and platform terms (including LinkedIn's terms).
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LinkedIn data (including exports) complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement. Warm Intro Builder processes LinkedIn data you choose to upload; we do not access LinkedIn's platform directly. Do not upload data from accounts you do not own.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRYNVOR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGED PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing caleb@warmintrobuilder.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
